Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Three to five years experience in high-volume food preparation with at least one year in a lead or coordinator role
- Ability to read English
- Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions
- Knowledge of food service standards and practices
- Knowledge of principles of supervision
- Ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form
- Demonstrated skills in time management and organizing workload
- Knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point food safety and sanitation program
- Ability to remain calm and productive under pressure
- Current applicable County Food Handler's card
- Ability to analyze monthly financial labor and supplies reports
- Experience in controlling food costs through standard recipes and waste control
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Coordinate and oversee food production and presentation for patient, retail, and catering menus
- Assist Executive Chef with developing and managing kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards including HAACP guidelines
- Collaborate with clinical teams and food service managers to meet operational needs
- Manage inventory, food costs, and vendor relationships to maintain budget controls
- Train staff in cooking methods, portion control, and presentation techniques
- Organize and prioritize daily workflow and food service projects
