Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum three years experience in high-volume food preparation
  • At least one year in a supervisory or coordinator capacity
  • Ability to read English and operate relevant keyboard and electronic systems
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation programs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Capacity to organize workloads and manage time efficiently
  • Critical thinking to prioritize tasks under pressure
  • Valid County Food Handler's card

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Three to five years experience in high-volume food preparation
  • At least one year in a lead or coordinator role
  • Knowledge of food service standards and practices
  • Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form
  • Skills in time management and decision-making
  • Familiarity with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines
  • Proficiency with electronic systems for job functions
  • Current County Food Handler's card

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and oversee production and presentation of catered, patient, and retail menu items
  • Assist the Executive Chef in staff development and training
  • Collaborate with managers and clinical teams to address all food service needs
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained
  • Manage food cost control through recipe standardization and waste management
  • Organize workflow and prioritize daily workload for efficient service delivery
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements
