Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience as a line cook at a full service restaurant or catering company
- Legal ability to work in the US
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Proficiency in English reading, writing and speaking
- Proficiency with mathematics and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead the team in the application of Fox Bros BBQ style, practices, culture, terminology, organizational structure, and general philosophy
- Consistently follow and enforce all Employee Handbook policies and practices and applicable laws
- Maintain integrity, openness and accessibility to employees and guests
- Control flow of kitchen with regards to maximizing revenue and maintaining culinary standards
- Address problems quickly, appropriately, and proactively
- Participate in hiring, training, supervision and discipline of kitchen staff
- Ensure all trainees are onboarded into payroll and clocked in before work
- Participate in wage adjustments, transfers, promotions and dismissals
- Foster an educational environment for staff development
- Audit service and performance actively and address as necessary
- Participate in menu changes with training and costing prior to roll out
- Utilize daily communication log
- Oversee daily pre-shift meetings to foster a positive work environment
- Collaborate in management team meetings
- Ensure responsible execution of opening, preparation and closing duties
- Maintain clean and organized kitchen environment
- Identify and report unsafe conditions and repair needs
- Train staff on health code compliance and monitor daily
- Monitor and report guest and employee accidents
- Monitor labor, scheduling, and overtime to ensure productivity and profit
- Manage ordering, receiving, invoice processing and inventory
- Oversee daily housekeeping schedule
- Inspect physical facility and equipment and recommend improvements
