Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a kitchen leadership role (Sous or strong Lead Line)
  • scratch kitchen experience
  • seafood a plus
  • great communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • calm under pressure, clear under fire
  • culinary degree a plus, but not required
  • open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must love food
  • must love hospitality
  • must be hungry to grow

Job Duties

  • Support the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations
  • lead BOH staff on the line, setting the tone for every shift
  • maintain quality control, cleanliness, and organization
  • assist with inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
  • participate in creative development for specials and seasonal features
  • help train and develop a tight-knit, high-functioning kitchen team
