Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in a culinary role, preferably as a sous chef
- strong understanding of food safety and hygiene
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings
- physical stamina for fast-paced kitchen work
- passion for sustainable and local food practices
