Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
  • Experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events desirable
  • Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
  • Current ServSafe certification required

Job Duties

  • Adhere to the company’s mandated F&B menu and purchasing programs
  • Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, as well as operating cash flow related to food operations
  • Review monthly profit & loss statements and adjust as necessary
  • Work with Operations and Sales teams to plan, supervise, and execute banquet functions including food preparation, service, and clean-up
  • Estimate food consumption and make appropriate purchases
  • Schedule staff efficiently in response to business volume changes
  • Partner with Kitchen Manager/Chef or General Manager to address disciplinary issues and foster teamwork
  • Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
  • Supervise food preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage
  • Assist with kitchen equipment maintenance and sanitation audits in compliance with Department of Health regulations
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Report critical issues to General Manager promptly
