Job Duties
- Assist in the production of creatively designed menus
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on new dishes which appeal to the residents
- Assist the Executive Chef in organizing the kitchen and schedule
- Maintain kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner
- Train and develop new kitchen associates
