Job Requirements

- Previous experience as a sous chef or similar culinary role

Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations under the guidance of the Executive Chef
- Mentor and lead a talented culinary team fostering growth and development
- Prepare a wide range of dishes including artisanal and large-scale productions
- Contribute to recipe development and menu planning including for special diets
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards
- Promote a positive work environment and team collaboration
- Engage with residents to deliver exceptional customer service enhancing their dining experience
