Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a sous chef or similar culinary role
  • Ability to work weekends

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations under the guidance of the Executive Chef
  • Mentor and lead a talented culinary team fostering growth and development
  • Prepare a wide range of dishes including artisanal and large-scale productions
  • Contribute to recipe development and menu planning including for special diets
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards
  • Promote a positive work environment and team collaboration
  • Engage with residents to deliver exceptional customer service enhancing their dining experience
