Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in culinary leadership and fine dining
  • Certification in a hospitality-related field or equivalent preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating and communicating across teams
  • Excellent food and beverage knowledge
  • English fluency required
  • Additional languages preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Cultivate a culture of Enlightened Hospitality for all stakeholders that supports business objectives and growth
  • Ensure high performance and maintain excellence and hospitality throughout each specific service period
  • Ensure consistent execution of food and timely flow of service by directing the team and effectively expediting service
  • Educate dining room service staff on all aspects of food menu and culinary procedures through tastings and staff presentations
  • Maintain positive working relationships with dining room leaders and line staff at all times
  • Ensure that all recipes, product, food preparations and execution meet restaurant's specifications and commitment to culinary excellence
  • Maintain kitchen and physical plant cleanliness and safety to meet top health code standards
  • Train all team members to execute their stations properly, ensuring new hires receive adequate training
  • Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational success
