Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capacity to lift over 35 pounds regularly
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to team collaboration and guest service excellence

Job Duties

  • Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation and safety
  • Monitor inventory and control food costs

  • Assist the General Manager with operational decisions

  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels and manage labor schedules effectively
