Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen with a strong foundation in classic cooking methods, knife skills, sauce making, and plating

Job Duties

  • Assist with overseeing kitchen staff and ensuring smooth service operations during shifts
  • Support and mentor line cooks, ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation while continuing to elevate team skills
  • Manage prep work, assist with inventory control, place orders, and support the kitchen with production tasks
  • Work hand-in-hand with other Sous Chefs and the Executive Chef to meet daily production goals and uphold high standards
  • Promote the Noble Food & Pursuits mission, creating an environment where both staff and guests feel valued
