Job Duties

  • Lead daily culinary operations for a high-volume, plant-forward cafe concept
  • Teach, coach, and develop a team of culinary associates to achieve excellence and consistency
  • Support the Executive Chef with menu innovation and execution aligned with wellness and sustainability goals
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared from scratch with attention to quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and allergen management standards
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to ensure operational efficiency
