Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
- Experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events desirable
- Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable
- Current ServSafe certification required

Job Duties
- Adhere to the company's mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
- Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations
- Work with the Operations team and Sales staff in the absence of the Kitchen Manager/Chef to plan, supervise, and execute banquet functions including food preparation and service
- Estimate food consumption and make purchases as appropriate
- Schedule staff efficiently to accommodate shifts in business volume
- Partner with Kitchen Manager/Chef or General Manager to resolve disciplinary issues and foster teamwork
- Ensure product quality, freshness, presentation are at company standards
- Supervise preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of all food
- Assist with kitchen equipment maintenance and Department of Health regulatory compliance
- Conduct sanitation audits and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Report critical issues to General Manager promptly
