Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's Degree in culinary arts preferred
  • minimum 3 years of progressive culinary experience in a leadership role
  • ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines
  • strong leadership and team management skills desirable
  • experience with Microsoft software programs
  • ability to follow oral and written directions
  • ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
  • ServSafe certified

Job Duties

  • Oversee seasonal lunch buffet and a la carte service
  • communicate with Chef de Cuisine about timelines, set-ups, service details, and daily menu
  • use Banquet Event Orders (BEO) as a guide for event details
  • partner with Food & Beverage management and front of house staff to ensure event expectations are delivered
  • develop daily rotating menus for golfer's buffet in collaboration with Chef de Cuisine
  • organize and supervise morning prep cooks to maximize kitchen efficiencies
  • manage the cleaning and sanitizing of the kitchen and equipment
