Job Requirements

  • high school education or equivalent
  • three to five years of relevant culinary experience
  • one to two years in a supervisory role
  • strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
  • excellent organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • legal authorization to work in the united states

Job Qualifications

  • high school education, cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience
  • three to five years of culinary or related work experience
  • one to two years in a supervisory or assistant manager position
  • advanced culinary knowledge
  • proficient knife skills
  • ability to multi-task
  • good command of the english language
  • legal work authorization in the united states

Job Duties

  • control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control
  • select, train, evaluate, lead, coach, motivate, discipline all kitchen employees ensuring that all cultural and core standards are met
  • support operations in both Edge Restaurant kitchen and Banquets kitchen
  • maintain flexibility to work morning, afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • ensure compliance with Four Seasons cooking and service standards
  • manage kitchen staff performance and development
  • oversee food safety and sanitation standards
