Job Requirements

  • high school diploma, ged or equivalent experience
  • prior culinary leadership experience
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to manage food cost and inventory
  • excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • availability to work from 12pm to 9pm and one weekend per month
  • willingness to adapt schedule based on business needs

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma, ged or equivalent experience
  • strong culinary background with the ability to stay current with new culinary trends
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards
  • strong coaching and employee development skills

Job Duties

  • be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting
  • ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
  • develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
  • ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
  • have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
