Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years culinary experience
- availability to work full-time 40 hours per week
- ability to work from 12 pm to 8:30 pm
- willingness to work every other weekend and holiday
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- compliance with food safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- culinary degree or equivalent experience
- experience in a supervisory culinary role
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to create and implement menus
- strong leadership and communication skills
- experience with special event catering
- familiarity with international cuisine is a plus
Job Duties
- maintain culinary service kitchen operations
- prepare meals for dining venues and catered events
- supervise food preparation and sanitation
- implement menus
- manage culinary staff daily
- supervise kitchen in absence of executive chef
- create cuisine with international flair and themed dinners
