Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's Degree in culinary arts preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive culinary experience in a leadership role
  • Ability to organize workloads and meet deadlines
  • Strong leadership and team management skills desirable
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • ServSafe certification required

Job Duties

  • Oversee seasonal lunch buffet and a la carte service
  • Communicate with Chef de Cuisine about timelines, set-ups, service details, and daily menu
  • Use Banquet Event Orders as a guide for event details
  • Partner with Food & Beverage management and front of house staff to meet event expectations
  • Develop daily rotating menus for the golfer's buffet
  • Organize morning prep cooks to maximize kitchen efficiencies
  • Manage seasonal soup production and inventory levels
  • Lead cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen and ice cream machines
  • Manage culinary aspects of lower-level equipment area
