Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years culinary experience in a professional kitchen
- experience managing a team of 10 or more kitchen staff
- excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Duties
- manage a team of 15+ cooks plus 2-3 management-level sous
- oversee kitchen systems including inventory, prep lists, scheduling, ordering
- bring creativity and innovative ideas to the menu and kitchen processes
- solve problems with creative and effective solutions
- prepare dishes with a strong understanding of flavors and cooking techniques
- mentor and develop kitchen staff to improve skills and teamwork
- take ownership of financial performance and contribute to the bottom line
