Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years full-service experience
  • Minimum of 6 months supervisory and coaching experience
  • Must be able to work some weekends and holidays
  • Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures, including hot kitchen to refrigerators and freezers

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years full-service culinary experience
  • Minimum of 6 months supervisory and coaching experience
  • Strong cooking and culinary skills
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage kitchen operations effectively

Job Duties

  • Supervises scheduling, training, and discipline for all culinary and utility staff, and oversees all kitchen operations when the Chef is absent
  • Manages daily food production and meal preparation to ensure timely service
  • Ensures proper preparation and service of all menu items, including recipe adherence, food safety, quality, and dietary requirements
  • Maintains organization and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, storage spaces, and loading dock
