Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years full-service experience
- Minimum of 6 months supervisory and coaching experience
- Must be able to work some weekends and holidays
- Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures, including hot kitchen to refrigerators and freezers
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years full-service culinary experience
- Minimum of 6 months supervisory and coaching experience
- Strong cooking and culinary skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage kitchen operations effectively
Job Duties
- Supervises scheduling, training, and discipline for all culinary and utility staff, and oversees all kitchen operations when the Chef is absent
- Manages daily food production and meal preparation to ensure timely service
- Ensures proper preparation and service of all menu items, including recipe adherence, food safety, quality, and dietary requirements
- Maintains organization and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, storage spaces, and loading dock
