Job Duties

  • Foster a fun environment
  • be a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
  • promote a positive influence in the community and participate in company-sponsored events
  • ensure safety of team members by keeping areas clean and free of hazards
  • develop, maintain and manage training programs
  • oversee and direct preparation of food products including pastry items
  • ensure compliance with food handling procedures for safety and quality
  • manage rotation and storage of food items to maintain freshness
  • develop and suggest innovative recipes and menus
  • safely operate kitchen equipment
  • assist in other food and beverage venues as needed
  • handle customer complaints and support customer service programs
  • support and manage standards of excellence among team members
  • adhere to regulatory, department and company policies
  • manage team member attendance and time records
  • control departmental expenses including labor costs
  • supervise and manage team workflows
  • conduct pre-shift meetings and provide feedback
  • administer disciplinary actions
  • protect company assets
  • comply with bargaining unit agreements
  • attend trainings and meetings
  • compile and submit reports
  • adhere to gaming laws and safety protocols
  • maintain department uniform and grooming standards
  • perform any reasonable supervisory duties to promote productivity
