Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in fast-paced environments
- flexibly work various shifts including weekends and holidays
