Job Requirements

  • part time availability including weekend shifts
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • sanitation certified or willing to become certified
  • previous kitchen supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings
  • good communication skills
  • solid work ethic

  • able to work weekend and holiday rotation

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a sous chef or kitchen supervisory role
  • sanitation certification (ServSafe) or ability to obtain certification within 30 days
  • experience in high-volume production or catering
  • ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • team player
  • flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • assist with daily kitchen operations
  • create high-quality nutritious meals
  • ensure a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests
  • supervise all kitchen operations in absence of Dining Director
  • maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standards
  • manage kitchen staff and workflow
  • coordinate with Dining Director and other team members
