Job Requirements

  • culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 4 years of progressive culinary experience
  • knowledge of food preparation techniques and health regulations
  • no visa sponsorship provided
  • ability to train and lead kitchen staff
  • strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • at least 4 years of related progressive experience or a culinary graduate with at least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field
  • must have knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques
  • must understand health department rules and regulations
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • ensure all meals are well prepared regarding quality, consistency, eye appeal, taste and food cost
  • provide training for all kitchen staff
  • meet corporate quality standards
  • assist in establishing and enforcing food specifications, portion control, recipes and sanitation
  • control food and labor costs
  • maximize guest satisfaction
  • lead kitchen team to achieve culinary excellence
