Job Requirements

- Significant experience in a professional kitchen
- Leadership experience managing teams of 15 or more
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills

- Passion for Mexican cuisine and culinary craft

Job Duties
- Manage a team of 15 or more cooks plus 2-3 management-level sous chefs
- Oversee kitchen systems including inventory, prep lists, scheduling, and ordering
- Bring creativity and new ideas to the kitchen
- Solve everyday problems with innovative solutions
- Demonstrate strong cooking skills with understanding of flavors and techniques
- Mentor and develop kitchen staff
- Take ownership of financial outcomes and believe in the numbers
- Maintain maturity, organization, and punctuality
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members
