Job Requirements

  • part time availability
  • must be flexible with scheduling including weekends and holidays
  • previous kitchen supervisory or sous chef experience preferred
  • sanitation certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • experience in high-volume food production or catering
  • ability to understand and follow instructions
  • positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • good team player

Job Duties

  • assist with daily kitchen operations
  • create high-quality nutritious meals
  • provide a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests
  • serve as kitchen lead in absence of Dining Director
  • supervise all kitchen operations
  • ensure compliance with sanitation standards
  • manage kitchen staff and promote teamwork
