Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in leading kitchen operations
  • supervise kitchen staff to ensure high performance and compliance
  • prepare and present menu items according to quality standards
  • enforce food safety and sanitation standards in all kitchen activities
  • maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen
  • coordinate kitchen activities to ensure timely meal preparation and service
  • support training and development of kitchen staff
