Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations with Executive Chef guidance
- mentor and develop culinary team members
- prepare a variety of dishes including artisanal to large-scale productions
- contribute to menu planning and recipe execution
- maintain culinary safety and quality standards
- foster a positive and productive work environment
- engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and deliver high-quality service
