Job Requirements

  • Background of three years progressive culinary experience
  • Three years of management experience
  • Experience in a resort setting
  • Prior high-volume restaurant experience
  • Basic knowledge of P&
  • L, labor control, and food cost/recipe costing
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Ability to maintain high sanitation standards

  • Prior high-volume restaurant experience
  • Prior steakhouse experience preferred
  • Basic knowledge of P&

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and quality control
  • Monitoring labor, inventory, and managing supplies to ensure kitchen is well stocked and minimizing waste
  • Maintaining high standards and sanitation practices
  • Continuously working to improve kitchen efficiency, workflow, and food quality
  • Training, mentoring, and motivating culinary team members
  • Supporting the leadership team in delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
