- Background of three years progressive culinary experience
- Three years of management experience
- Experience in a resort setting
- Prior high-volume restaurant experience
- Basic knowledge of P&
- L, labor control, and food cost/recipe costing
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to maintain high sanitation standards

- Prior high-volume restaurant experience
- Prior steakhouse experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of P&

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and quality control
- Monitoring labor, inventory, and managing supplies to ensure kitchen is well stocked and minimizing waste
- Maintaining high standards and sanitation practices
- Continuously working to improve kitchen efficiency, workflow, and food quality
- Training, mentoring, and motivating culinary team members
- Supporting the leadership team in delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
