Job Requirements

  • Proven leadership skills in a high-volume kitchen setting
  • Strong knowledge of culinary operations and food safety standards
  • Excellent communication abilities both verbal and written
  • Track record of guest and team member engagement
  • Experience managing financial performance in a culinary environment

Job Duties

  • Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality and safety
  • Supervise and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high performance
  • Assist with food preparation and menu development in collaboration with executive chefs
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies to prevent shortages
  • Implement and enforce health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards
  • Resolve on-the-spot kitchen issues swiftly and efficiently
  • Foster a creative and sustainable kitchen environment aligned with company values
