Job Requirements

  • Five years of prior culinary experience
  • Ability to supervise and coordinate kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow approved recipes and production standards
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Capability to interact effectively with customers and staff
  • Eligibility to work full time at Croasdaile Village location
  • Reliable with good attendance
  • Willingness to work varying day shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years culinary experience
  • Experience in supervising kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Ability to work varied day shifts
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards
  • Ensures all deadlines are met based on production orders
  • Supervises hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and participating in reviews
  • Stores food in designated areas following corporate, state and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures
  • Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils and cleans workstation thoroughly before leaving area
  • Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner and relays relevant information to supervisor
  • Demonstrates complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them to associates and customers
  • Keeps up with peak production and service hours
  • Monitors inventory and deliveries of products and supplies, tracks product production, consumption and waste, and informs supervisor when supplies or product are low
  • Performs other duties as assigned
