Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
  • Experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events desirable
  • Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
  • Current ServSafe certification required

Job Duties

  • Adhere to the company's mandated F&B menu and purchasing programs
  • Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, as well as operating cash flow related to food operations
  • Review monthly profit & loss statements and make necessary adjustments
  • Work with Operations and Sales teams to plan, supervise, and execute banquet functions in absence of the Kitchen Manager/Chef
  • Supervise preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of all food ensuring company standards
  • Schedule staff efficiently to accommodate shifts in business volume
  • Assist with managing kitchen equipment maintenance and sanitation audits to comply with Department of Health regulations
  • Ensure a clean, safe kitchen environment at all times
  • Report critical issues to General Manager promptly
