Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience required
  • Must have experience in food safety procedures
  • Ability to work full time Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to supervise and train staff
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards
  • Ensures all deadlines are met based on production orders
  • Supervises hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, performance reviews, and recommending disciplinary action
  • Stores food in designated areas following all corporate, state and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures
  • Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils and cleans workstation thoroughly before leaving
  • Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
  • Demonstrates complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them
  • Keeps up with peak production and service hours
  • Monitors inventory and deliveries, tracks product production, consumption and waste
  • Performs other duties as assigned
