Job Requirements

- Serve Safe Management certification

Job Duties
- Assist in supervising the day to day activities of kitchen staff
- assign responsibilities for specified work
- set deadlines to ensure timely completion of work
- promote safety and sanitation
- inspect all food product handling
- establish and maintain safe practices
- follow HACCP procedures
- assist with menu planning
- manage inventory and supplies
- maintain effective cost control
- uphold service and quality standards
