- Prior experience as an à la carte Chef required
- Strong kitchen management experience
- Front of House experience
- Experience in a high volume, high quality hotel or high-end restaurant environment
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepares or directly supervises the daily preparation of all food items
- Responsible for the food production in all outlets of the club
- Consistently maintains standards of quality, cost, eye appeal and flavor of foods
- Creates menu specification with the Executive Chef
- Tastes all food items prepared prior to serving
- Creates specials and new items for buffet and à la carte
- Plans weekly production lists
- Ensures all employees are following their schedules
- Communicates with the Chef on any club member feedback
- Ensures that all cooks are trained and understand standards when working any type of station
- Ensures all food products received are of the highest quality
- Ensures all employees follow checklists for their areas
- Ensures all employees follow the highest sanitation standards
- Ensure that the receiving department accepts only the highest quality products
