- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Three to five years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility in various kitchen settings required
- State food safety certification preferred

Job Duties
- Ensure overall kitchen cleanliness including refrigerators, freezers, ovens, floor, dishes after each meal and food prep per Department of Public Health standards
- Ensure the safety of clients with dietary restrictions and/or preferences
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of lunch, dinner, and snacks daily
- Quality check all meals and snacks served during shift
- Ensure recipes are produced accurately and efficiently
- Resourcefully solve any culinary related issues that arise during shift, and/or follow proper chain of command
