Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years culinary experience in high-quality operations
- At least 1 year experience as Sous Chef or equivalent role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management
- Commitment to guest service excellence

Job Duties
- Assist Executive Chef in managing daily culinary operations
- Utilize creative and innovative culinary skills to meet financial goals
- Teach and enforce consistency in food preparation and presentation
- Ensure thorough knowledge and application of food handling and safety techniques
- Oversee production of banquets and special events
- Instill safety and sanitation habits in kitchen associates
- Manage inventory control and cost efficiency
- Stay current on new culinary products and technical execution
