Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience ideally in corporate dining, fine dining, or catering
  • Strong knowledge of scratch cooking, presentation, and menu costing
  • Proven ability to manage multiple service lines and shifting priorities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credentials

Job Duties

  • Lead daily culinary operations for cafe, catering, pop-ups, and special events, ensuring consistency and creativity in all menus
  • Support menu development and execution of rotating seasonal offerings, wellness-focused items, and bespoke catering menus
  • Supervise and train culinary staff to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and sanitation
  • Oversee production planning, inventory management, and ordering to ensure cost-effective operation
  • Partner with front-of-house and catering teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Uphold company standards for sustainability, wellness, and culinary innovation
