Job Duties

  • assist in the planning and implementation of menus in collaboration with the Head Chef
  • supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operation and adherence to food safety standards
  • oversee daily food preparation, ensuring each dish meets our quality and presentation standards
  • train and mentor kitchen personnel, fostering a positive and productive team environment
  • manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving ingredients to maintain efficient stock levels
  • collaborate with the Head Chef on special events and seasonal menu changes
  • ensure compliance with health regulations and safety procedures
  • address and resolve any kitchen-related issues to maintain consistency and quality
