Job Duties
- assist in the planning and implementation of menus in collaboration with the Head Chef
- supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operation and adherence to food safety standards
- oversee daily food preparation, ensuring each dish meets our quality and presentation standards
- train and mentor kitchen personnel, fostering a positive and productive team environment
- manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving ingredients to maintain efficient stock levels
- collaborate with the Head Chef on special events and seasonal menu changes
- ensure compliance with health regulations and safety procedures
- address and resolve any kitchen-related issues to maintain consistency and quality
