Job Requirements
- Proven experience 3 to 5 years as a sous chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of food preparation safety and sanitation
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and passion for culinary excellence
- Effective communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changes
- Familiarity with point of sale systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Unexpired Arizona Food Manager Certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience 3 to 5 years as a sous chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen

- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to train and mentor staff
- Excellent organizational multitasking and detail-oriented abilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of food preparation techniques kitchen safety and sanitation
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Strong communication skills including effective listening and collaboration
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Proficiency with point of sale systems Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience using employee self-service and supervisor roles in HR/payroll databases
Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily kitchen operations ensuring timely task completion
- Supervise train and mentor kitchen staff maintaining high standards and efficiency
- Plan and organize kitchen workflow delegating tasks effectively
- Ensure compliance with health safety and food sanitation regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment surfaces and storage
- Oversee food preparation and cooking ensuring quality consistency and presentation standards
- Manage banquet and event food preparation delivery ensuring freshness and timely service
