Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in kitchen leadership role
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail

Job Duties
- Supervise, guide and train kitchen associates to provide quality food production focusing on timing, portions, food quality and sanitation/cleanliness
- Ensure standards related to storage, rotation, production, portions, quality and appearance are consistently followed
- Follow food handling guidelines
- Complete opening and closing procedures for Station Cooks I, II and III
- Expedite food efficiently from front line during meal periods
- Maintain appropriate inventory of supplies and materials for associates
- Participate in monthly food and beverage inventory
