Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- at least 4 years culinary experience in a luxury hotel
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts or relevant experience
- certification in a recognized Food Handler Program or ability to obtain upon being hired
- ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- effective leadership and management skills
- ability to work under deadlines
- basic computer proficiency
- excellent verbal and written communication

- assists in food presentation and creates decorative food displays
