Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- culinary arts degree or certification preferred
- minimum of 3 years experience in a professional kitchen environment
- availability to work full time 40 hours per week
- willingness to work some weekends
- ability to stand for extended periods
- physical capability to perform kitchen tasks
- knowledge of dietary restrictions and special nutrition requirements
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a sous chef or similar culinary role
- ability to lead and manage kitchen staff
- strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation
- experience with menu development and recipe execution
- understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and support the Executive Chef
- mentor and develop culinary team members
- prepare a variety of dishes from artisanal to large-scale productions
- follow complex recipes and contribute to menu planning
- ensure execution of diverse culinary offerings including special dietary needs
- maintain high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness
- engage with customers to deliver excellent service and dining experiences
