Job Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Must pass a background check and TB test
  • Front-of-house supervisory responsibilities
  • Basic culinary skills and willingness to cook from scratch
  • Evident interpersonal relationship skills, passionate and empathetic
  • Apparent compassion to serve others
  • Must obtain and maintain Serve Safe Certification
  • Must be available some weekends

Job Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in dietary/food services
  • Experience working in banquet or catering operations
  • Ability to cook from scratch
  • Effective interpersonal relationship skills
  • Serve Safe Certification
  • Passionate and empathetic attitude towards service
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including some weekends

Job Duties

  • Providing our residents with superior restaurant-quality meals and beverages
  • Help produce a varied, creative, and nutritional menu
  • Responsible for maintaining proper hygiene and sanitation
  • Setting up food and supplies for special events
  • Adhere to all information in the employee handbook
  • Other duties as assigned by Culinary Director or the Corporate Culinary Support Team
