Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of culinary experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership or sous chef role in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Strong culinary skills
- Proven leadership experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to manage inventory and cost control

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, menu planning, and recipe development
- Supervise, train, and motivate culinary team members to ensure a positive, efficient, and professional work environment
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation across dining outlets
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost control to achieve budgetary goals
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Support scheduling, performance management, and development of kitchen staff
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Lead by example in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and professionalism in all kitchen areas
