Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory chef role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of inventory systems and kitchen operations
- Ability to develop creative culinary solutions

Job Duties
- Manage a team of 15+ cooks and supervise 2-3 sous chefs
- Oversee kitchen systems including inventory management, prep lists, scheduling, and ordering
- Develop creative culinary ideas and bring new concepts to the table
- Solve everyday kitchen problems with innovative solutions
- Cook with expertise, understanding flavors and techniques
- Mentor and guide kitchen staff to foster growth and teamwork
- Take ownership of financial performance and bottom line
- Maintain professionalism and maturity in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure punctuality and organizational efficiency
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with all kitchen team members
