Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties
- Driving our high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed kitchen, fostering an inclusive environment, developing kitchen associates, and holding the team accountable in a constructive and supportive way
- Implementing effective security protocols to ensure the safety of employees and guests
- Driving restaurant results by supervising the set-up and food production areas within the kitchen to maximize productivity and minimize waste
- Ensuring line checks, testing, training, recipe adherence, expo management, cook times, and cooking standards
- Taking pride in presenting quality food by ensuring that all menu items are made according to recipe and presentation standards
- Enforcing safety and sanitation practices by maintaining immaculate facilities and showcasing a passion for excellence
- Living our principles and beliefs by being a role model and fostering a passionate culture within the restaurant
