Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume or corporate dining kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of food safety sanitation and HACCP standards
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work hands-on and lead a team
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Passion for scratch cooking and seasonal ingredients

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily cafe operations ensuring consistency in food quality presentation and service
  • Manage ordering inventory and vendor relationships to maintain accurate par levels and control costs
  • Support menu planning and seasonal recipe development aligned with client preferences and wellness initiatives
  • Lead train and motivate culinary associates to uphold Wolfgang Puck's standards of excellence
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and operations team to support catering and special events
  • Maintain a clean organized and efficient kitchen environment at all times
