Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years leadership experience in a restaurant generating over $5 million in annual revenue
- five to seven years experience in busy kitchen environments
- experience in opening new restaurant locations
- valid food manager certification
- proficiency in computer programs relevant to restaurant management
- ability to work full-time including flexible hours
- pass a full background check
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational abilities
Job Qualifications
- Two years of leadership experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
- five to seven years of experience in high-volume kitchens
- experience with new store openings
- skilled in staff training and policy implementation
- knowledge of inventory procedures, food cost, labor cost, and scheduling
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- computer proficiency including Word, Excel, Aloha POS, and Hotschedules
- food manager’s certification
- ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Oversee kitchen operations and manage kitchen staff
- train and mentor kitchen personnel
- implement kitchen policies and procedures
- monitor inventory, food costs, and labor costs
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- assist with opening and closing restaurant responsibilities
- coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
