Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties

  • Driving high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed kitchen and fostering an inclusive environment
  • Implementing effective security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests
  • Supervising kitchen set-up and food production areas to maximize productivity and minimize waste
  • Conducting line checks, testing, training, ensuring recipe adherence, expo management, and managing cook times
  • Presenting quality food according to recipes and high presentation standards
  • Enforcing safety and sanitation practices to maintain immaculate facilities
  • Living company principles by fostering a passionate and fun culture and supporting employee well-being
